Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Representative
About Our Company: - Mile High Organics is Colorado's premier organic e-grocer. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality local, organic, and GMO free food and ensuring they receive a superior service. - We are in an exciting growth phase and are looking for individuals who are passionate about organic food, have exceptional customer service skills and have telephone sales experience.
- Attend to customer needs by answering inbound calls providing the highest level of service possible - Attend to customer needs by answering inbound e-mails providing the highest level of service possible - Call existing customers and encourage them to place larger orders - Call inactive customers from our database and encourage them to place an order
Talents & skills you must posses: - The ability and desire to sell customers organic and 100% GMO free groceries over the telephone - Desire to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty. - Intimate knowledge of the customers needs and empathy for the customers' situation - Ability to communicate clearly, both written and in speech - A "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers - An eye for detail - Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company - Ability to use information systems to analyze the customers' situation - Pleasant, friendly style - Willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer (not a "job-hopper") - Proficient typing skills - Computer proficiency - Detail Oriented
Desired experience: - One year of continual telephone sales and customer service. - Proven sales successes - A passion for organic and GMO free foods
